New Bat List

A new bat list has been issued, effective 12/11/17. It has been posted to the Locker Room – Resources, Links. The next scheduled change will be April 9, 2018. However, additional lists will be posted if timely information warrants, such as when a manufacturer withdraws a bat model or the results of bat testing dictate assessing strikes against and/or removing a model.

CCSUA/Assignor annual meetings

Reminder, the CCSUA/Assignor annual meetings are all scheduled, and you should have sent an email to the appropriate person to confirm which meeting you will attend. This information was listed in the November 2017 News & Notes under the listing Notes from the Training Staff – November 2017.

All the meetings are listed – with location, time information, and the contact person – on the Locker Room Calendar. Select the date and it will show you the name of the event. Then click on the name of the event for the detailed information. Here is a quick summary:

South – January 7, 2018

North – January 13, 2018

Utah – January 13, 2018

Arizona – January 20, 2018

Hawaii – February 8, 2018

NCAA Clinics

The information for the NCAA Softball Umpire Clinics is listed in the November 2017 Newsletter. The Los Angeles Clinic will be held on January 6, 2018.
