ALL UMPIRES:

Check your information in Arbiter and update any items which need updating.

Update your Arbiter calendar dates – make sure you block every date for which you are not available for each Arbiter group.  As soon as you accept an assignment in one group, block those dates in all other groups.  We have not received all the schedules yet but are starting to assign games now.

Then send an email to Joanne Venditto or Terry Ching (whichever assignor gives you the most games)  and copy John Bennett, to indicate your Arbiter information is updated and you are ready to be assigned games for 2015.  The deadline for the email is December 5, 2014.

IMPORTANT: THE SUBJECT OF THE EMAIL MUST BE: Ready for 2015.
